Porsche’s opulent four-door sport sedan just got better with its new longer and totally pimped out “executive” series. And for today’s plugged-in executives, Porsche has crafted an eco-friendly version— the 2018 Panamera E-Hybrid Executive. This plug-in hybrid goes 22 miles on all-electric power and then switches seamlessly to its supercharged V6 engine. It’s fast, too.
Punch the accelerator and the no-torque electric power flies from 0-60 mph in about 5.2 seconds (top speed is around 160 mph). Beyond Porsche-like performance, however, is the Panamera’s ultra-tailored interior. The longer wheelbase is made for those who work in the back and includes such over-the-top rear seat luxuries as multi-way moveable lounge chairs, two detachable screens, a pull-up desk and a control panel built into the arm rest.
